Terms & Conditions - when purchasing direct from RCV

Payment Terms - RCV Engines Ltd.
  1. All direct orders can be accepted by fax, phone, letter or through our online catalogue (all online orders are processed through a 100% secure encrypted catalogue).
  2. All prices shown are NETT.  VAT is subsidised for our UK and EU customers, whilst other customers get subsidy on postage.
  3. Orders and payment are accepted in both GBP and USD, either by cheque or credit card
  4. Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo are accepted
  5. RCV reserves the right to alter any prices or specifications without notification.  Customers will be informed of any prices changes at time of order.
 Shipping Terms & Conditions
  1. We ship door to door by UPS (insured air courier) direct to all of our customers.  Tracking is available on all shipments.
  2. We aim to deliver all engines from stock, however where this is not possible we will advise you of potential delay prior to processing your order.
  3. *Please note that whilst we strive to sustain these costs, certain more remote areas may be subject to a surcharge.  If this is the case we will inform you prior to processing your order.
  4. Customs charges, taxes or duty are not included in the RCV prices.  To find out if any charges apply, contact your local customs office quoting model aero-engine commodity code: 8408 90 3100
